Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una cafetería temática de arte en la ciudad de Fusagasugá

La presente monografía realiza un análisis detallado de la factibilidad, con el fin de generar un proyecto basado en la idea de una cafetería temática de artes pictóricas, donde se busca aportar una experiencia innovadora del arte y del café desarrollando el potencial creativo del consumidor, para esto se realizó estudios con la finalidad de obtener información que permitiera comprender la viabilidad y factibilidad de la idea inicial. Se desarrolló el estudio de mercados para comprender la sensibilidad del consumidor, el entorno económico y las ofertas existentes en el mercado, a su vez se estableció el estudio técnico determinando los aspectos requeridos para el funcionamiento del negocio, también se establece el estudio financiero donde se proyecta la viabilidad económica, sostenibilidad y utilidad, por otra parte se desarrolló el estudio organizacional estableciendo la estructura del talento humano, se realizó el estudio legal donde se investiga y establece el marco legal que impacta la creación y el funcionamiento del negocio, para finalizar se realizó el estudio financiero donde se evaluó la viabilidad del proyecto en términos financieros. Por último, se concluye con un análisis de la información obtenida por medio de estos estudios realizando una síntesis de los datos más significativos para determinar la factibilidad. This monograph carries out a detailed analysis of the feasibility, in order to generate a project based on the idea of a pictorial arts themed cafeteria, which seeks to provide an innovative experience of art and coffee by developing the creative potential of the consumer, to For this, studies were carried out in order to obtain information that would allow us to understand the viability and feasibility of the initial idea. The market study was developed to understand the sensitivity of the consumer, the economic environment and the existing offers in the market, in turn the technical study was established, determining the aspects required for the operation of the business, the financial study was also established where projects the economic viability, sustainability and utility, on the other hand, the organizational study was developed establishing the structure of human talent, the legal study was carried out where the legal framework that impacts the creation and operation of the business is investigated and established, finally carried out the financial study where the feasibility of the project was evaluated in financial terms. Finally, it concludes with an analysis of the information obtained through these studies, making a synthesis of the most significant data to determine the feasibility.
