| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: Cada vez, hay más evidencias de los problemas ambientales que enfrenta el planeta Tierra. En 2014 se registraron temperaturas nunca antes vistas y todo a causa de acciones de los seres humanos, protagonistas del calentamiento global y emisión de gases. En Colombia, la Constitución Política en el Artículo 67 expresa que la Educación formará para la protección del ambiente y por su parte la ley 115 de 1994 en el numeral 10 del Artículo 5º, expresa la responsabilidad de la educación frente a la orientación a los estudiantes hacia la adquisición de una conciencia para la conservación, protección y mejoramiento del medio ambiente.
Por lo tanto, este proyecto de investigación fue realizado desde la metodología Investigación Acción Participación (IAP), apoyado en las teorías de Chávez Méndez & Daza Sanabria (2003), Lewin (1944) y Rahman & Fals Borda (1992), con análisis e interpretación de datos cualitativos logró adelantar un plan de acción, desde los grupos de trabajo que se conformaron tales como la Comisión de Seguimiento (CS), el Grupo de Investigación Acción Participativa - GIAP conformado por estudiantes, padres de familia, docentes y directivos de la Institución Educativa Departamental (IED) Instituto Técnico Agrícola (ITA) del municipio de Pacho, para lograr en los participantes y comunidad en general el reconocimiento de problemas ambientales; ejecutando acciones que disminuyan los impactos negativos y propendan por el cuidado y preservación del ambiente.
El interrogante principal de esta investigación es: ¿De qué manera se puede diseñar y ejecutar un plan de acción, para disminuir la brecha que existe entre la afectación ambiental del planeta tierra y la indiferencia de los seres humanos frente a esta realidad?
La problemática focalizada se centró en la actitud de indiferencia que se observa en la comunidad educativa, frente a la problemática ambiental que enfrenta el planeta tierra y que se ve reflejada de una u otra manera en el contexto de la Sede Central de la IED ITA, que cuenta con una infraestructura agrícola establecida en una finca de 17 fanegadas de tierra, bañada por una quebrada denominada El Guance, espacio geográfico destinado para la implementación de uno de los proyectos ambientales agroecoturísticos, que puede generar un gran impacto en la región; sin embargo, en este momento apenas subsiste, debido a la falta de seguimiento, apoyo de autoridades locales y ambientales y sobre todo compromiso de la misma comunidad.
La investigación se desarrolló siguiendo las siguientes etapas: Pre-investigación; Primera etapa – Diagnóstico; segunda etapa – programación; tercera etapa - conclusiones y propuestas, y finalmente la etapa de post – investigación, en la que se puso en práctica el Plan de Investigación Acción (PAI) y se planearon acciones que garanticen la continuidad del proyecto, propiciando la disminución de la indiferencia de la comunidad educativa, frente a los problemas ambientales, reflejados en el contexto de la Sede Central del ITA. Como resultado de las diferentes acciones realizadas en esta investigación, se obtuvo una comunidad sensibilizada y comprometida con la realización de acciones concretas en beneficio del cuidado del ambiente, demostrando responsabilidad y preocupación frente a los problemas ambientales que se observaron durante esta investigación.
Se logró la constitución y activación del Comité de Seguimiento (CS) a esta IAP, el cual hace las veces de un Comité Ambiental y que no existía antes de la implementación de esta propuesta. Este Comité cuenta con la participación de representantes de la Institución Educativa – IE -, de la Secretaría de Agricultura del municipio, de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Rionegro y de la comunidad del sector, para garantizar la continuidad del proyecto y la ampliación de su radio de acción en beneficio del cuidado ambiental. Interpretation of qualitative data managed to advance a plan of action, from the working groups that were formed such as the Follow-up Committee (CS), the Participatory Action Research Group (GIAP) made up of students, parents, teachers and Departmental Educational Institution (IED) Agricultural Technical Institute (ITA) of the municipality of Pacho, to achieve in the participants and community in general the recognition of environmental problems; Carrying out actions that diminish the negative impacts and tend to the care and preservation of the environment.
The main question of this research is: How can a plan of action be designed and executed to reduce the gap between the environmental impact of planet earth and the indifference of human beings to this reality?
The focused problem focused on the attitude of indifference that is observed in the educational community, in the face of the environmental problem facing the planet earth and which is reflected in one way or another in the context of IED Headquarters ITA, Which has an agricultural infrastructure established in a farm of 17 fanegadas of land, bathed by a ravine called El Guance, geographic space destined for the implementation of one of the agroecoturistic environmental projects, that can generate a great impact in the region; However, at this moment, due to the lack of follow-up, support of local and environmental authorities and above all commitment of the same community subsists.
The research was developed following the following stages: Pre-research; First stage - Diagnosis; Second stage - programming; Third stage - conclusions and proposals, and finally the post - investigation phase, in which the Action Research Plan (PAI) was implemented and actions were planned to ensure the continuity of the project, leading to a decrease in the indifference of Educational community, facing environmental problems, reflected in the context of ITA Headquarters. As a result of the different actions carried out in this research, a community was sensitized and committed to the implementation of concrete actions to benefit the care of the environment, showing responsibility and concern regarding the environmental problems that were observed during this research.
The creation and activation of the Monitoring Committee (CS) was achieved to this IPA, which acts as an Environmental Committee and did not exist before the implementation of this proposal. This Committee has the participation of representatives of the Educational Institution (IE), the Ministry of Agriculture of the municipality, the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Rionegro and the community of the sector, to ensure the continuity of the project and the expansion of its radio Of action for the benefit of environmental care | en_EN |
