Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un gastrobar de comida y bebidas artesanales santandereanas en el municipio de Fusagasugá

Abstract

Resumen El presente estudio de factibilidad muestra los diferentes aspectos necesarios para la creación de un establecimiento comercial con un enfoque en un gastrobar, para el alcance del éxito de este se realizan diferentes estudios como los son: el estudios de mercado, donde se mencionan los análisis de la demanda la oferta, el producto, competencia a través de diferentes herramientas que ayudaron a la realización de los pronósticos presentados; además de ello, se encuentra el estudio técnico donde se empiezan a formar los valores que conformaran la inversión que se requiere para su función, cabe mencionar este trabajo de grado hace el planteamiento de la estructura administrativa que este establecimiento comercial tendrá a partir del 2024 y los pertinentes pronósticos de ventas mensuales, costos de producción y la implementación necesaria para este gastrobar. La investigación para la factibilidad del gastrobar propuesto muestra los análisis y los pronósticos del estudio financiero como los es la inversión de activos y de capital de trabajo demás de usar diferentes herramientas que demuestran los ingresos gastos, costos la proyección de los flujos de caja mensuales y anuales hasta el año 2028. Todos los aspectos mencionados anteriormente y que conforman este estudio ayudaron a los autores para la realización de y verificación de factibilidad del gastrobar.

Summary The present feasibility study shows the different aspects necessary for the creation of a commercial establishment with a focus on a gastrobar, for the scope of the success of this different studies are carried out, such as: market studies, where the analysis of the demand, the offer, the product, competition through different tools that helped to carry out the forecasts presented; In addition to this, there is the technical study where the values that will make up the investment required for its function begin to be formed. It is worth mentioning that this degree work outlines the administrative structure that this commercial establishment will have from 2024 and the relevant monthly sales forecasts, production costs and the necessary implementation for this gastrobar. The investigation for the feasibility of the proposed gastrobar shows the analyzes and forecasts of the financial study such as the investment of assets and working capital, in addition to using different tools that demonstrate the income, expenses, costs, the projection of monthly cash flows and annually until the year 2028. All the aspects mentioned above and that make up this study helped the authors to carry out and verify the feasibility of the gastrobar.
