La Revisoría Fiscal En La Propiedad Horizontal

Abstract

En el presente artículo se pretende dar a conocer el papel que realiza el revisor fiscal en las propiedades horizontales con base a lo establecido en la ley 675 del 2001 la cual regula este régimen y establece en su capítulo XIII la obligatoriedad de tener un revisor fiscal y las funciones que este debe cumplir, implementando lo estipulado por la ley. Este artículo fue realizado con base en la metodología de la reflexión a partir del estudio analítico de documentos y discusiones académicas. Finalmente se concluye que el revisor fiscal es de gran importancia en la propiedad horizontal y que este debe estar inmerso en todo lo relacionado con las copropiedades como lo son temas de convivencia, comunicación, código de policía y demás. This article aims to publicize the role of the reviewer fiscal in horizontal properties on the basis of the provisions of Law 675 of 2001, which regulates this regime and establishes in Chapter XIII the obligation to have a reviewer fiscal and the functions that it must fulfill, implementing the provisions of the law. This article was based on the methodology of reflection based on the analytical study of documents and academic discussions. Finally, it is concluded that the reviewer fiscal is of great importance in the horizontal property and that this must be immersed in everything related to the copropiedades as they are topics of coexistence, communication, police code and others.
