Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Creación De Una Empresa Dedicada A La Producción Y Comercialización De Cóculos En El Municipio De Silvania Cundinamarca.

Abstract

Inicialmente el proyecto trata de un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de Cóculos, el cual tiene una excelente acogida en el municipio donde está realizando, puesto a que el municipio de Silvania Cundinamarca, cuenta con las condiciones geográficas y climatológicas para el desarrollo del mismo, además se pretende impulsar la región con la producción de Cóculos para mejorar su comercio, y que los agricultores de la región tengan otra fuente de ingreso. Por otro lado, se brinda la información necesaria acerca del estudio de factibilidad, evidenciando paso a paso la metodología utilizada, para el correcto funcionamiento de la producción y comercialización de los Cóculos, posteriormente se detalla el estudio de mercado y los impactos ambientales del proyecto, con el fin de determinar qué tan aceptable es el producto en el mercado y los impactos ambientales que se tendrán para su desarrollo, y así mismo las medidas de mitigación y prevención para evitar las menores afectaciones posibles. Finalmente se muestra de manera detallada el estudio financiero del proyecto, relacionando la inversión necesaria para su puesta en marcha y los costos y gastos en los que se incurrirá para todo su proceso. ABSTRACT Initially, the project deals with a feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of Cóculos, which has an excellent reception in the municipality where it is being carried out, since the municipality of Silvania Cundinamarca has the conditions geographic and climatological for the development of the same, in addition it is intended to promote the region with the production of Cóculos to improve its trade, and that the farmers of the region have another source of income. On the other hand, the necessary information about the feasibility study is provided, evidencing step by step the methodology used, for the correct operation of the production and commercialization of the Cóculos, later the market study and the environmental impacts of the project are detailed. in order to determine how acceptable, the product is in the market and the environmental impacts that will be had for its development, and likewise the mitigation and prevention measures to avoid the least possible damage. Finally, the financial study of the project is shown in detail, relating the investment necessary for its implementation and the costs and expenses that will be incurred for the entire process.
