MANUAL DE FUNCIONES PARA LA CARTERA DE “ONRED SOLUCIONES DE CONECTIVIDAD S.A.S

Abstract

La empresa “Onred Soluciones de Conectividad S.A.S” es una empresa dedicada a prestar el servicio de conectividad WI-FI, su sede principal se encuentra en Ubaté lugar donde se desarrolló la pasantía al realizar un manual de funciones para el área de cartera con el fin de establecer las funciones de los trabajadores de esta área evitando el recargo de trabajo a una sola persona, por tanto este trabajo está compuesto por tres capítulos. El primer capítulo “Procesos desarrollados en el área de cartera” expone los procedimientos y resultados desarrollados en esta área para la recuperación de la misma durante la pasantía al igual que el proceso del castigo de cartera. En el segundo capítulo “Perfil del Recurso Humano para el Departamento de Cartera” se explica la necesidad de tener un jefe de cartera y auxiliares para el óptimo desarrollo de las actividades propias de esta área debido a la cantidad de clientes que componen la cartera vencida. Por último, el tercer capítulo se compone del manual de funciones para esta área realizado en base a los componentes del control interno. The first chapter "Processes developed in the portfolio area" exposes the procedures and results developed in this area for the recovery of the same during the internship as well as the process of portfolio punishment. In the second chapter "Human Resource Profile for the Portfolio Department" explains the need to have a portfolio manager and assistants for the optimal development of the activities of this area due to the number of clients that make up the past-due portfolio. Finally, the third chapter consists of the manual of functions for this area made based on the components of internal control.
