Estudio de factibilidad para la creación y puesta en marcha del restaurante pakemboo en el municipio de Fusagasugá

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico es realizado por la micro empresa PAKEMBOO, consiste en el desarrollo de un plan de negocios que busca identificar la factibilidad para la apertura de un punto físico, donde será evaluado producto, precio, plaza y promoción; todo realizado por medio de una investigación descriptiva con un enfoque mixto. Este método se utilizó para poder cuantificar toda la información recolectada a través de una encuesta que se realizó a una muestra del municipio de Fusagasugá. El plan de negocios permitirá el desarrollo de los siguientes objetivos, diseñar un estudio de mercados que permita identificar la viabilidad del restaurante PAKEMBOO, realizar el estudio técnico para el restaurante PAKEMBOO, construir el estudio administrativo y de talento humano para la empresa, realizar el estudio financiero para el restaurante PAKEMBOO. Para desarrollar cada objetivo se buscó un método idóneo para cumplir con la finalidad de cada uno, encontrando como resultado un segmento específico y las variables más importantes para ser parte del mercado definiendo la caracterización adecuada.

The present academic work is carried out by the micro company PAKEMBOO, it consists of the development of a business plan that seeks to identify the feasibility for the opening of a physical point, where product, price, place and promotion will be evaluated; all carried out through descriptive research with a mixed approach. This method was used to be able to quantify all the information collected through a survey that was carried out on a sample of the municipality of Fusagasugá. The business plan will allow the development of the following objectives, to design a market study that allows identifying the viability of the PAKEMBOO restaurant, to carry out the technical study for the PAKEMBOO restaurant, to build the administrative and human talent study for the company, to carry out the study financing for the PAKEMBOO restaurant. To develop each objective, an ideal method was sought to fulfill the purpose of each one, finding as a result a specific segment and the most important variables to be part of the market, defining the appropriate characterization
