Apoyo en el área técnica a la corporación autónoma regional (CAR) para el Estudio de los vertimientos en el municipio de Guataqui Cundinamarca en el primer periodo del 2019.

Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado en realizar un estudio que permita identificar y analizar las principales afectaciones al Río Magdalena por los vertimientos del municipio de Guataquí Cundinamarca, mediante la información de los expedientes en la base de datos SAE de la Corporación Autónoma regional (CAR), para generar estrategias que permitan mitigar el daño ambiental que ocasionan los vertimientos al recurso. Para el desarrollo de este documento, se tuvo en cuenta la población que habita en 3 sectores del área urbana del municipio de Guataquí, donde se encuentran ubicados los vertimientos; para tener un panorama de la calidad de vida en la que habitan los residentes de estos sectores, se realizó una encuesta en la que se tenía en cuenta desde el material de construcción de sus viviendas hasta el manejo de las aguas residuales de origen doméstico, utilizando estadística descriptiva para la interpretación de la información; se tuvo en cuenta los tramites otorgados de concesiones de agua los cuales su fuente de abastecimiento era el Río Magdalena y asi mismo los tramites sancionatorios por vertimientos a esta fuente hídrica en el municipio de Guataquí, con el fin de realizar un mapa ubicando cada uno de los tramites. La pasantía fue desarrollada entre los meses de junio y octubre de 2019 y realizada en la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca - Dirección Alto Magdalena (DRAM) en el Municipio de Girardot (Cundinamarca), apoyando la parte técnica de Hidrología donde se manejan todos los tramites permisivos y sancionatorios relacionados con el recurso hídrico, algunos de estos trámites son: Permisos de concesión de agua, permisos de vertimientos, permisos de ocupación de cauce y sancionatorios por afectación al agua. ABSTRACT: The present work is focused on carrying out a study that allows identifying and analyzing the main effects on the Magdalena river by the discharges of the municipality of Guataquí Cundinamarca, through the information of the files in the SAE database of the regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR), to generate strategies that mitigate the environmental damage caused by discharges to the resource. For the development of this document, the population that lives in 3 sectors of the urban area of the municipality of Guataquí where the landfills are located was taken into account, to have an overview of the quality of life in which residents of these sectors live .A survey was carried out that took into account from the construction material of their homes to the management of wastewater of domestic origin, in addition descriptive statistics were used for the interpretation of the information. The procedures granted were taken into account of wáter concessions which its source of supply was the Magdalena River and likewise the sanctioning procedures for discharges to this water source in the municipality of Guataquí, and also to make a map locating each of the procedures. The internship was developed between the months of June and October 2019 and carried out in the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca - Alto Magdalena Department (DRAM) in the Municipality of Girardot (Cundinamarca), supporting the technical part of Hydrology where all the procedures are handled Permits and sanctions related to the water resource, some of these procedures are: Water concession permits, discharge permits, waterway occupancy permits and sanctions for water damage.
