IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO EN LA EMPRESA LÁCTEOS HATO CHIPS S.A.S., BAJO LOS LINEAMIENTOS DE LA NTC ISO 45001:2018

Abstract

Lácteos Hato Chips P S.A.S es una organización tipo pyme con una trayectoria en el mercado de más de 30 años, desarrollando sus actividades dentro del sector industrial y ofreciendo productos derivados de la leche, manteniendo procesos de inocuidad y productos de óptima calidad para la satisfacción de los clientes y su mercado objetivo. No obstante, el bienestar y la integridad física y psicológica de colaboradores o demás partes interesadas son de suma importancia para la prevención riesgos y peligros que se puedan presentar en el ejercicio de las actividades de la organización, por ello, se propone la reestructuración del sistema de gestión de seguridad en el trabajo de la empresa Lácteos Hato Chips P S.A.S. bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 45001:2018, desde el ámbito profesional administrativo, para así reducir accidentes y situaciones no deseadas, reducción de costos en asignación de recursos, cumplimiento legal y oportunidades externas. En la reestructuración del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la empresa Lácteos Hato Chips P S.A.S., se desarrolló un diagnóstico acorde a los numerales de la NTC ISO 45001:2018, para determinar el grado de cumplimiento referente a esta, además, analizar los procesos y actividades para establecer estrategias en cuanto actualización y mejoramiento de sus procesos. A partir del diagnóstico establecido, que, en colaboración con la alta dirección, da comienzo a la identificación del contexto actual del SG-SST, partes interesadas involucradas y determinación de la normativa legal vigente aplicable al sistema para el cumplimiento de los estándares mínimos ante las entidades de vigilancia y control. En igual forma, se implementó la estructuración del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo donde se determinaron estrategias, mecanismos y herramientas administrativas para el mejoramiento en las políticas y objetivos, además, la identificación y valoración de los riesgos que pueden afectar a las partes interesadas de la organización, por otro lado, también se asignaron los recursos necesarios para el funcionamiento eficiente del SG-SST y ampliación de acciones para el cumplimento de las competencias y requerimientos establecidos por la organización. Como última estrategia, se estableció una serie de indicadores para la verificación y cumplimiento de la mejora continua del sistema de gestión de SST, además, identificar y evaluar el desempeño del mismo acorde a los objetivos establecidos. Por último, esta herramienta ayudará a la alta dirección a llevar un control eficiente de la toma de decisiones y medidas preventivas para el beneficio de la organización. However, the well-being and physical and psychological integrity of collaborators or other interested parties are of the utmost importance for the prevention of risks and dangers that may arise in the exercise of the activities of the organization, therefore, the restructuring of the system is proposed. of occupational safety management of the company Lácteos Hato Chips P SAS under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 45001: 2018, from the administrative professional field, to reduce accidents and unwanted situations, cost reduction in resource allocation, legal compliance, and external opportunities. In the restructuring of the occupational health and safety system at Lácteos Hato Chips P S.A.S., a diagnosis is developed according to the numerals of the NTC ISO 45001: 2018 applied to the OH&S management system to determine the degree of compliance regarding this, in addition, to analyse the processes and activities to establish strategies in terms of updating and improving your processes. Based on the established diagnosis, which, in collaboration with senior management, begins to identify the current context of the OH&S management system, involved stakeholders and determination of the current legal regulations applicable to the system for compliance with the minimum standards before the surveillance and control entities. In the same way, the structuring of the occupational health and safety management system was implemented where strategies, mechanisms and administrative tools were determined for the improvement of policies and objectives, in addition, the identification and assessment of the risks that may affect the Stakeholders of the organization, on the other hand, the necessary resources were also allocated for the efficient operation of the OH&S management system and expansion of actions to fulfil the competencies and requirements established by the organization. As a last strategy, a series of indicators was established for the verification and fulfilment of the continuous improvement of the OH&S management system, in addition to identifying and evaluating its performance according to the established objectives. Finally, this tool will help senior management to efficiently control decision-making and preventive measures for the benefit of the organization.
