Reestructuración del plan estrategico para el grupo de investigación ADCUN, para el periodo 2021-2024

Abstract

Debido a la problemática presentada en el grupo de investigación AdCUN del programa administración de empresas en la seccional Ubaté, surge la necesidad de realizar una reestructuración del plan estratégico del grupo. Se presenta un diagnóstico de aspectos internos y externos referentes al grupo, con apoyo de las matrices POAM y PCI, igualmente se realizó una entrevista a los docentes líderes del grupo. Con esta información se determina la hoja de trabajo FODA y se procede a formular las estrategias pertinentes. Una vez formuladas las estrategias, se determina un plan de acción con las herramientas que ayuden a dar cumplimiento, y un cronograma de frecuencia para la aplicación de las acciones. Por último, se presenta el cuadro de mando integral como apoyo para que las personas tanto integrantes como no integrantes del grupo, puedan visualizar en que aspectos quiere enfocarse el grupo para su fortalecimiento y desarrollo. ABSTRACT Due to the problems presented in the AdCUN research group of the business administration program in the Ubaté section, the need arises to carry out a restructuring of the group's strategic plan. A diagnosis of internal and external aspects relating to the group is presented, with the support of the POAM and PCI matrices, an interview was also carried out with the group's leading teachers. With this information, the SWOT worksheet is determined and the pertinent strategies are formulated. Once the strategies have been formulated, an action plan is determined with the tools that help to comply, and a frequency schedule for the application of the actions. Finally, the balanced scorecard is presented as support so that people, both members and non-members of the group, can see what aspects the group wants to focus on for its strengthening and development.
