Diagnostico Club Deportivo Jompibe F.S

Abstract

Resumen: El deporte en Colombia, se encuentra direccionado y regido bajo la Ley 181 de 1995, teniendo en cuenta los cambios administrativos que se han presentado recientemente con la creación del Ministerio del Deporte a través de la Ley 1967 de 2019, sin embargo, el Sistema Nacional del Deporte [SND], se mantiene organizado de la misma manera, a nivel nacional, nivel departamental y nivel municipal o distrital, relacionándose en cada uno de ellos con organismos tanto del sector público como privado. Todos los organismos involucrados mantuvieron un proceso de creación y constitución basados en lo establecido en la Ley del Deporte y demás disposiciones que deben seguir cumplimento durante su tiempo de actividad. En el presente diagnóstico, se trabajará con el Club Deportivo Jompibe F.S., que se encuentra dentro del nivel distrital siendo de carácter privado, en el que se estudiaran y analizaran cada uno de los aspectos administrativos y legales que le competen a esta organización deportiva, teniendo en cuenta todos los procesos desde su creación y constitución hasta su estructura organizacional. Esta investigación descriptiva de tipo cualitativo, utilizara como herramienta la entrevista y la obtención de documentos brindados por parte de la organización para su respectiva recolección de datos y posterior análisis.

Abstract: Sport in Colombia is directed and governed under Law 181 of 1995, taking into account the administrative changes that have recently occurred with the creation of the Ministry of Sport through Law 1967 of 2019, however, the National System of Sport remains organized in the same way, at the national level, departmental level and municipal or district level, relating in each of them with organizations from both the public and private sectors. All the organizations involved maintained a creation and constitution process based on the provisions of the Sports Law and other provisions that must continue to be complied with during their time of activity. In this diagnosis, work will be done with the Jompibe F.S. Sports Club, which is within the district level and is private, in which each of the administrative and legal aspects that are the responsibility of this sports organization will be studied and analyzed, taking into account into account all the processes from its creation and constitution to its organizational structure. This qualitative descriptive research will use the interview as a tool and the obtaining of documents provided by the organization for its respective data collection and subsequent analysis.
