ANÁLISIS DE LA INSOLVENCIA FINANCIERA EN EMPRESAS DE LA SABANA OCCIDENTE

Abstract

El documento busca analizar el riesgo de insolvencia financiera en las pymes del Departamento de Cundinamarca sector sabana occidente, se recopilaron los datos de las empresas cuya actividad económica es comercial tomándolos de la superintendencia de industria y comercio. Por otra parte, se revisaron diferentes autores que crearon modelos de insolvencia financiera y permitieron mediante el porcentaje de predicción que tiene cada uno escoger el modelo Springate. Por otra parte, se tuvieron en cuenta diferentes normas, así como la Ley 1116 del año 2006 la cual establece el régimen de insolvencia empresarial en Colombia, que de igual manera permite conocer la importancia de la insolvencia financiera y porque hay que prevenirla. Como resultado de la aplicación de este modelo, se busca conocer el comportamiento de la insolvencia en los periodos 2018 – 2020, con la intención de conocer el porcentaje de insolvencia que hay en las empresas de este sector y, además, haciendo la comparación entre periodos.

The document seeks to analyze the risk of financial insolvency in pymes in the Department of Cundinamarca sabana occidente sector, the data of the companies whose economic activity is commercial was collected, taking them from the superintendency of industry and commerce. On the other hand, different authors who created models of financial insolvency were reviewed and allowed by the percentage of prediction that each one has to choose the Springate model. On the other hand, different norms were taken into account, as well as Law 1116 of 2006 which establishes the business insolvency regime in Colombia, which likewise allows us to know the importance of financial insolvency and why it must be prevented. As a result of the application of this model, we seek to know the behavior of insolvency in the periods 2018-2020, with the intention of knowing the percentage of insolvency that exists in companies in this sector and, in addition, making the comparison between periods.
