| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado pretende socializar la creación de la empresa Metales & Máquinas en el municipio de Rionegro, Antioquia, y sus resultados financieros en el primer año de actividad. Por otro lado, identificar todos los factores que afectan positiva o negativamente al negocio. En la primera parte, se abordarán temas teóricos, que sustentan las bases del presente trabajo, se repasa brevemente la justificación del trabajo, el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos, los marcos de referencia, la metodología, las técnicas de recolección de datos y la idea del modelo de negocio en el cual se establecieron metas claras con el fin de conseguir los logros esperados. Este es el punto de partida para el desarrollo del escrito. This degree work aims to socialize the creation of the company Metales & Máquinas in the municipality of Rionegro, Antioquia, and its financial results in the first year of activity.
