| dc.description.abstract | Las enfermedades crónicas son patologías de larga duración y progresión lenta, la persona que padece este tipo de enfermedades atraviesa por una serie de cambios en su vida llegando a dejar en algunas ocasiones graves secuelas. De ahí la importancia del cuidador, ya que su objetivo estaría enfocado en prevenir complicaciones. Para lograr esta meta, el cuidador deberá realizar una cantidad de tareas y por consiguiente invertir tiempo de calidad llegando a descuidar sus relaciones personales y su autocuidado, entonces hay una limitación en hacer actividades de ocio, es por ello por lo que surge la necesidad de medir ese nivel de satisfacción con el tiempo de ocio en los cuidadores que asisten a los talleres organizados por el programa de CASSA UDEC, con el objetivo de fortalecer las acciones de autocuidado. La presente investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, basando el actual estudio en los resultados numéricos y estadísticos de los diferentes instrumentos aplicados a los cuidadores, la recolección de la información se realizó por medio de dos Instrumentos: La Ficha de caracterización de la diada (persona con enfermedad crónica-Cuidador familiar), y el instrumento “Escala de satisfacción con el tiempo de ocio”, tomada del instrumento original RICH II. Se evidenció que la gran mayoría de las personas encuestadas refieren estar satisfechos con el tiempo de ocio que tienen mientras ejercen el cuidado a su familiar, deduciendo que ellos logran desarrollar esta labor del cuidado sin afectar de forma significativa su vida personal. ABSTRACT: Chronic diseases are pathologies of long duration and slow progression, the person who suffers from this type of disease goes through a series of changes in his life, sometimes leaving serious consequences. Hence the importance of the caregiver, since his objective would be focused on preventing complications. To achieve this goal, the caregiver must perform a number of tasks and therefore invest quality time, neglecting their personal relationships and self-care, then there is a limitation in doing leisure activities, which is why the need for measure that level of satisfaction with leisure time in caregivers who attend workshops organized by the CASSA UDEC program, with the aim of strengthening self-care actions. This research has a quantitative approach, basing the current study on the numerical and statistical results of the different instruments applied to caregivers, the collection of information was carried out by means of two Instruments: The Characterization Sheet of the dyad (person with chronic disease-Family Caregiver), and the instrument "Satisfaction with leisure time scale", taken from the original RICH II instrument. It was evidenced that the vast majority of the people surveyed report being satisfied with the leisure time they have while caring for their family member, deducing that they manage to carry out this care work without significantly affecting their personal life. | es_CO |
