Análisis De Sistema De Control De Inventarios De Producto Terminado En Insoin S.A.S (Placet Me gusta) Mediante el Sistema De Clasificación De Inventarios ABC

Abstract

Este trabajo fue realizado en la empresa INSOIN S.A.S -PLACET ME GUSTA, la cual pertenece al sector industrial y se dedica a la producción de accesorios plásticos para el hogar y la industria. Una vez realizado el diagnóstico y análisis de la empresa, se observaron las deficiencias en el manejo y control de los productos terminados pues no existe como tal un sistema de inventarios; lo cual da origen a la informalidad en el manejo de documentación e información. A través del sistema de inventarios ABC, se identificaron las referencias de mayor rotación las cuales componen el 34% del inventario y generan el 79.92% de las ventas. Al proponer un sistema de inventarios ABC, se busca dar una categorización a los productos por su demanda y mejorar el control, almacenaje y despacho de los mismos de igual forma, crear una cultura en cuanto al manejo de la documentación y una base de datos eficiente de sus inventarios. Por último, se dan unas recomendaciones relevantes y que se han venido compilando a lo largo de la investigación. AbstractThis work was carried out in the company INSOIN S.A.S -PLACET ME GUSTA, which belongs to the industrial sector and is dedicated to the production of plastic accessories for the home and industry. Once the diagnosis and analysis of the company had been carried out, deficiencies in the management and control of the finished products were observed since there is no inventory system as such; which gives rise to informality in the handling of documentation and information. Through the ABC inventory system, the references with the highest turnover were identified, which make up 34% of the inventory and generate 79.92% of sales. By proposing an ABC inventory system, it seeks to categorize products by their demand and improve their control, storage and dispatch in the same way, create a culture in terms of documentation management and an efficient database of their inventories. Finally, some relevant recommendations are given that have been compiled throughout the investigation.
