algunas ocasiones impide realizar algunas tareas.
The

application of physical tests in female soccer players belonging to the Sons Soccer sports club based on the menstrual period.

performance. They believe that there are no important physical changes on their performance, but that the pain sometimes prevents
them from performing some tasks.
On the other hand, this study also aimed to characterize the physical form of the team players, finding that there is no difference within
the descriptive statistical exercise that was applied. Therefore, it is concluded that menstruation does not affect the physical
performance in explosive strength and speed of the players, since no differences were found in women with regular menstrual cycle
that coincided with the evaluation period of this study, with respect to those who did not coincide with the irregular cycle.
In conclusion, it is determined that the differences found may be due to the category of the players or the time they have been training however, it is not ruled out that moods may be determinant. | es_CO |
