Revisión Literaria De La Técnica Del Cabeceo En El Futbol: Caracterización Preliminar En La Categoría Sub 15 Del Club Talentos F.C. De Madrid Cundinamarca

Abstract

Esta investigación abordó la técnica del cabeceo desde el método de revisión literaria, para ello se tuvieron en cuenta artículos avalados por universidades y revistas científicas reconocidas a nivel nacional e internacional. Dicha revisión, se analiza desde una perspectiva teórica, donde se evidencian diferentes tipos de problemas que, gracias al aporte de las ciencias académicas como la medicina, la biomecánica entre otros, se logra identificar las consecuencias y la metodología de ejecución del cabeceo, para así, desde esta investigación realizar una caracterización que permita poner en práctica los conceptos más pertinentes en la evaluación de dicha técnica.La investigación tuvo dos momentos, el primero fue la construcción de una matriz que contiene literatura sistematizada de 25 artículos que por su valor y soporte científico dan confiabilidad para la adecuada ejecución de la técnica del cabeceo. Y el segundo momento, caracterizó la población del club Talentos FC ubicado en el municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca en su categoría Sub 15, por medio de análisis de dos test de técnicos del cabeceo.Finalmente, esta investigación permite tanto al entrenador como al deportista aplicar adecuadamente la técnica del cabeceo, contribuyendo también al desarrollo del deporte por su soporte teórico científico y que es de gran valor para la comunidad deportiva This research addressed the heading technique from the literary review method, for which articles endorsed by nationally and internationally recognized universities and scientific journals were taken into account. This review is analyzed from a theoretical perspective, where different types of problems are evidenced that, thanks to the contribution of academic sciences such as medicine, biomechanics, among others, it is possible to identify the consequences and the methodology of heading, thus, From this research, carry out a characterization that allows putting into practice the most pertinent concepts in the evaluation of said technique. The research had two moments, the first was the construction of a matrix that contains systematized literature of 25 articles that, due to their value and scientific support, provide reliability for the adequate execution of the heading technique. And the second moment, characterized the population of Talentos FC club located in the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca in its Sub 15 category, by means of an analysis, of test and technical head test.Finally, this research allows both the coach and the athlete to properly apply the heading technique, also contributing to the development of the sport due to its theoretical and scientific support, which is of great value to the sports community
