The objective of this research is to develop a pilot test in order to subsequently validate a
three-point throwing test in basketball, for which the variables described and analyzed
were taken, those that are most relevant and give a significant result to measure the
moment of greatest effectiveness of athletes. Sample: 83 university players of ASCUN
level from Nacional and Cundinamarca universities, female and male gender; the test was
performed and later the retest, to extract the result, the statistical analysis was used
through Pearson's correlation, considering that the study is of a mixed nature and the type
of study is descriptive, the statistical results mentioned above were elaborated with
variables such as initial heart rate, final heart rate, converted throws, missed throws, and
number of meters traveled, these being the most relevant, in relation to the players, the
evidence shows that there is high reliability for athletes over 25 years of age, with an
average heart rate of 162 beats / min, this being the moment of greatest conversion of
shots, which shows that the test presented in this research can be validated in the future
and extended to a larger population since it measures what it actually claims to measure
and shows high reliability, it also serves as a tool to give way to good planning by the
coach that allows to improve the performance processes in basketball. | es_CO |
