| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN:el presente trabajo de grado, es un plan de mejoramiento estratégico en las áreas administrativas, operativas y financieras de la empresa LAS PALMAS Y JARDINES DE MANUEL LTDA. En cada una de las sedes, este trabajo se divide en tres fases, la primera es realizara un diagnóstico inicial, empezando por conocer el perfil corporativo de la empresa, el manejo de cada una de las áreas del pasado, presente y como se proyectan en el futuro. Esta información ayuda a conocer las fortalezas y debilidades de las compañías, así como las posibles oportunidades y amenazas que deban enfrentar. La segunda parte de este trabajo es volver a redefinir el perfil corporativo, con su misión, visión, objetivos, políticas, estrategias, valores, estructura organizacional e imagen corporativa. Lo último que se realiza en el trabajo es una matriz estratégica, que se divide en departamentos administrativo y operativo, que busca diseñar objetivos que mejoren las áreas de la empresa en los procesos de recursos humanos, financieros y comerciales. ABSTRACT: The present graduation work is a plan of strategic improvement in the administrative, operational and financial areas of the company LAS PALMAS and JARDINES DE MANUEL LTDA. In each of the branch offices, this work is divided into three phases, the first is an initial diagnosis, starting with knowing the corporate profile of the company, the management of each of the areas in the past, present and how they are projected into the future. This information helps to know the strengths and weaknesses of the Company and the potential opportunities and threats it must face. The second part of this work is to redefine the corporate profile, with its mission, vision, objectives, policies, strategies, values, organizational structure and corporate image. The last thing that is done in the work is a strategic matrix, which is divided in the administrative and operational departments that seeks to design objectives that improve the areas of the company in the human, financial and commercial processes. The entire work is done using data collection techniques such as interviews, surveys and observation of the different functions in the company and each of its areas. In order to obtain as a result improvement plans that help to reduce the weaknesses of the company, to be prepared for the possible threats, to know how to take advantage of the opportunities and to fortify the strengths. | en_EN |
