| dc.description.abstract | El sector turismo está inmerso ofreciendo servicios en mayor o en menor influencia en casi todo el territorio Colombiano, regiones como el centro del país donde se destaca el Municipio de Girardot, Cundinamarca, deben competir con regiones que se encuentran mejor posicionadas a nivel solo regional sino internacionalmente, esto permite que la industria de éste Municipio se pueda engrandecer como si lo han hecho quienes aprovechando su potencial turístico como la Ciudad de Panamá. Para lograr que el Municipio de Girardot, Cundinamarca se desarrolle logrando una mayor participación en el mercado turístico en todos los niveles, se necesita de estudios en los que se muestren las rutas, los esfuerzos mancomunados, que han tomado otras ciudades, por ello tomamos "Caracterización económica del subsector turismo de Cundinamarca capitulo Alto Magdalena Municipio de Girardot 2019", de las docentes; María Patricia Díaz Cárdenas y Adriana Rocío Rodríguez González, logra mostrarnos el protagonismo importante desencadenado en los territorios cercanos al epicentro turístico estudiado. Este trabajo se realiza complementando la información de los docentes Patricia y Adriana en relación a las diferentes características de los espacios y actividades turísticas de la región del Tequendama. ABSTRACT: The tourism sector is immersed offering services i greater or lesser influence in almost the entire Colombian territory, regions such as the center of the country where the Municipality of Girardot Cundinamarca stands out, must compete with regions that are better positioned at the regional level not only, but internationally, this allows the industry of this Municipality to be enlarged as if those who have exploited its tourism potential as Panama city have done so.
