Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Creación De Un Centro De Servicio Integral Para Motocicletas Categoría A2, Especializado En Sincronización Y Mantenimiento General En El Municipio De Facatativá

Abstract

Basados en el crecimiento de motocicletas en el municipio de Facatativá y visualizando el interés de los consumidores por un servicio especializado y de calidad para sus vehículos de trasporte, con servicios que cubren los requerimientos que día a día son solicitados por la motocicleta, buscando así el beneficio tanto del consumidor como del vendedor del servicio. Lo plantea es la creación de una empresa consolidada ya sea en su funcionamiento administrativo como en la factibilidad y rentabilidad, buscando que a pesar e tratar con residuos contaminantes se acepte de manera adecuada en cuanto a la responsabilidad social y ambiental que traiga el proyecto planteado. El estudio de factibilidad consta de análisis e investigaciones detalladas del mercado objetivo, se realizo un estudio de mercados, el estudio técnico, estudio administrativo y medio ambiente, estudio legal y el estudio financiero, todos estos necesarios para evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto. ABSTRACT Based on the growth of motorcycles in the municipality of Facatativá and visualizing the interest of consumers for a specialized and quality service for their transport vehicles, with services that cover the requirements that are requested by the motorcycle day by day, thus seeking the benefit both the consumer and the seller of the service. What is proposed is the creation of a consolidated company both in its administrative operation and in its feasibility and profitability, seeking that despite dealing with polluting waste it is accepted in an adequate way in terms of the social and environmental responsibility that the proposed project brings. The feasibility study consists of detailed analysis and research of the target market, a market study was carried out, a technical study, an administrative and environmental study, a legal study and a financial study, all necessary to evaluate the viability of the project.
