Abstract

Esta propuesta busca que la compañía SAMSUNG realice la unificación de las tres bodegas con las que cuenta actualmente, la empresa SUPPLA presenta una estrategia en la cual se beneficiaran ambas organizaciones sin afectar el compromiso, servicio, calidad y servicio al cliente pactado por estas dos, se plantea realizar un diagnóstico del área donde se tienen almacenados los productos y a si mismo poder analizar y definir los procesos de recibo, almacenamiento y despacho de la mercancía, el Layout que permita optimizar los espacios de la nueva bodega de la compañía SAMSUNG.
