Estudio De Viabilidad Técnica Y Económica Para Crear Una Empresa De Intermediación De Servicios Financieros En La Ciudad De Fusagasugá.

Abstract

Como herramienta las entidades bancarias y no bancarias de productos financieros están en la tendencia de la intermediación o tercerización para vender sus productos y servicios, buscando aumentar sus ventas y la captura de nuevos clientes, dándole paso a una nuevas ideas de mercado profesionales en el sistema financiero para fomentar la intermediación y creación de empresas en la modalidad Outsorcing. En el pasado solo se buscaba la intermediación de partes operativas, donde se dedicaban a recaudar pagos de productos de los clientes, también en servicios tecnológicos que se manejan por medio de terceros, en el hoy día se abre la puerta para oportunidades de negocio donde se vender productos financieros como tarjeas de crédito, créditos de vehículo, créditos hipotecarios, los créditos de libranza y entre otros productos financieros que son un activo para el sector financiero. Por tal motivo, con la presente investigación se realizó un análisis del sector financiero con el fin de plantear la viabilidad técnica y económica de la creación de una empresa con resultados a corto y mediano plazo, donde el foco de la investigación está dirigida principalmente al producto financiero crédito de libranza para clientes vinculados con el sector público del municipio de Fusagasugá. For this reason, this research carried out an analysis of the financial sector in order to raise the technical and economic feasibility of the creation of a company with short and medium-term results, where the focus of the research is mainly aimed at the financial product release credit for clients linked to the public sector of the municipality of Fusagasugá.
