Propuesta De Diseño De Gestión De Inventarios, Basado En El Método ABC, A Través De Indicadores De Medición, Para La Empresa En Electrofernández

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de grado, se indaga con respecto a los conceptos relevantes del inventario y su correcta administración mediante la metodología ABC, que clasificaran las existencias en la bodega de la comercializadora EN ELECTROFERNÁNDEZ; además incluyen modelos que guiarán al usuario respecto de todas las medidas de control que pueden ser aplicadas e indicadores de medición para aportar en la toma de decisiones y así poder eliminar las falencias existentes. Este trabajo consta de diferentes ítems donde se dará a conocer el problema, los antecedentes, los diferentes marcos teóricos, el método de inventario utilizado por la comercializadora y el respectivo análisis de acuerdo a la información obtenida, finalmente plantear recomendaciones a criterio personal y brindar una propuesta como solución al problema existente en el control del inventario basado en el método ABC. Abstract In the present degree work, it is investigated with respect to the concepts relevant inventory and its correct administration through the methodology ABC, which will classify the stocks in the warehouse of the EN trading company ELECTROFERNÁNDEZ; they also include models that will guide the user regarding all control measures that can be applied and indicators measurement to contribute to decision-making and thus be able to eliminate existing shortcomings. This work consists of different items where the problem will be revealed, the background, the different theoretical frameworks, the inventory method used by the marketer and the respective analysis according to the information obtained, finally make recommendations at personal discretion and provide a proposal as a solution to the existing problem in inventory control based on the ABC method.
