dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de grado, correspondiente al título “Practica contable y tributaria de las entidades de economía solidaria del sector artesanal de la Etnia Wayuu del municipio de Uribia: retos y oportunidades”, es un análisis de las prácticas contables y tributarias que tienen en cuenta los indígenas de la Etnia Wayuu en la comercialización de sus artesanías (mochilas, mantas, chinchorros, manillas). Se inicia con la caracterización del pueblo wayuu, recurriendo a una encuesta con el fin de ampliar el tema tratado. Se conceptualiza aspectos relacionados con economía solidaria y su importancia para el sector de las artesanías. De igual forma se abordan temas relacionados con la ley de crecimiento económico, Ley Naranja, las ventajas que puede traer la participación del sector artesanal como ESALES en el régimen tributario especial, teniendo en cuenta que la finalidad es que los artesanos tengan nociones de aspectos contables para ser aplicados a su actividad económica. Con la aplicación de la encuesta se logra detectar que en un porcentaje cercano al 100%, los artesanos hacen sus diseños sin tener en cuenta los principales aspectos de contabilidad, o hacen empíricamente sin darle el verdadero valor comercial a sus diseños si se tiene en cuenta que son trabajos diseñados a mano, por ende deben por lo menos conocer lo más básico de la contabilidad y así empezar a darle el verdadero valor a sus trabajos y segur resaltando la importancia que estos tienen para seguir su legado y tradición que les han dejado sus antepasados a través del tiempo. ABSTRACT: The degree work, corresponding to the title "Accounting and tax practice of the solidarity economy entities of the artisan sector of the Wayuu Ethnic Group of the municipality of Uribia: challenges and opportunities", is an analysis of the accounting and tax practices that take into account the indigenous people of the Wayuu ethnic group in the commercialization of their handicrafts (backpacks, blankets, hammocks, handcuffs). It begins with the characterization of the Wayuu people, resorting to a survey in order to expand the subject matter. Aspects related to solidarity economy and its importance for the handicrafts sector are conceptualized. In the same way, issues related to the economic growth law, Orange Law, the advantages that the participation of the artisanal sector such as ESALES can bring in the special tax regime, taking into account that the purpose is for artisans to have notions of accounting aspects to be applied to its economic activity. With the application of the survey it is possible to detect that in a percentage close to 100%, artisans make their designs without taking into account the main accounting aspects, or do empirically without giving the true commercial value to their designs if it is taken into account that are works designed by hand, therefore they must at least know the most basic of accounting and thus begin to give the true value to their work and surely highlighting the importance that these have to continue their legacy and tradition that their friends have left them. ancestors through time. | es_CO |
