Proceso De Formación De Líderes Comunitarios En Recreación En El Barrio La Gran Colombia Del Municipio De Fusagasugá.

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene por título proceso de formación de líderes comunitarios en recreación, asesorados por el docente Maximiliano Quintero Reina y el docente Mauricio Medellín quienes son los dirigentes del macro proyecto RECREOTK ITINERANTE y del semillero del laboratorio del recreo humano de la universidad de Cundinamarca, este proceso se llevó en el barrio la gran Colombia, ubicado en el sur occidente del municipio de Fusagasugá. Allí se trabajó con estudiantes de LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA MUNICIPAL CIUDAD EBEN- EZER, realizando prácticas las intervenciones se realizaban los días sábados de 8 am a 12 pm. En donde se inicia la convocatoria con los estudiantes del grado decimo y once para crear un programa de líderes comunitarios, enseguida se caracteriza la población para conocer las necesidades – satisfacciones de la comunidad a intervenir En este proceso se vincularon 10 estudiantes del género femenino y 6 del género masculino para un total de 16 personas que oscilan entre las edades de 15 a 18 años. En el desarrollo del proyecto se realizaron talleres de re significación de espacios libres, creación de elementos didácticos con materiales reciclables y el manejo recreativas de tipo rompe hielo, de integración y pre deportivas, El objetivo principal de este proyecto fue la creación de un espacio para la formación de líderes comunitarios que promuevan la utilización adecuada del tiempo libre, inicialmente para ellos y posteriormente para ser proyectados a la comunidad. Este trabajo permitió el fortalecimiento de la dimensión social de los líderes en cuanto a valores como tolerancia, trabajo en equipo, sentido de pertenencia y servicio hacia la comunidad.This Project is entitled the process of training community leaders in recreation, advised by Professor Maximiliano Quintero Reina and Professor Mauricio Medellin who are the leaders of the RECREOTK ITINERANTE macro project and the seedbed of the human recreation laboratory of the University of Cundinamarca, east The process was carried out in the neighborhood of Gran Colombia, located in the south west of the municipality of Fusagasuga.
