| dc.description.abstract | Se logró recolectar la información necesaria y pertinente, que reposa en los informes de gestión del programa de administración de empresas seccional Girardot, desde los años 2012 y 2017 de cada uno de los docentes que están involucrados en las actividades de Interacción Universitaria. Además de informes que se obtuvieron directamente de algunos docentes, como lo es la profesora Ana Beatriz Melo, María Patricia Díaz, y la respectiva indagación de algunos otros. Los cuales sirvieron para la elaboración del respectivo documento. La información es seleccionada de acuerdo a la necesidad, ya que el documento se enfoca en las actividades de Interacción Universitaria, es organizada en las tablas de Excel pertinentes, evaluada de acuerdo a los participantes y el impacto generado. Para de esta manera darle forma y cuerpo al respectivo informe. El director de trabajo de grado Diego Edison Quiroga, propone como llevar a cabo el documento y hace la respectiva asignación de tareas, para ejecutarlas y lograr crear una herramienta que servirá como base de datos para las actividades de Interacción Universitaria que se encontraron, además como guía de seguimiento de las actividades próximas a realizar, con el fin de facilitar la búsqueda y consulta de esta información, así mismo, llevar un control frecuente y pertinente de estas.
