Estudio prospectivo del sistema de transporte público de pasajeros de fusagasugá al año 2025

Abstract

Con la posibilidad de la creación de un nuevo sistema de transporte para Fusagasugá, se hizo necesario indagar como los principales actores del sistema están imaginando posibles escenarios que van afrontar, por tan motivo se planteó realizar un estudio prospectivo del sistema de transporte público de pasajeros de Fusagasugá al año 2025, con el fin de entender y aportar estrategias que permitan el mejoramiento y fortalecimiento del sistema, por medio del método de escenarios de la prospectiva. Así mismo se debe tener en cuenta que la prospectiva es una de las herramientas más utilizadas en el mundo organizacional actual, para la planeación estratégica, pero el método más aceptado e implementado es el método de escenarios, el cual genera una visión más amplia de las representaciones de los futuros posibles, así como el camino que conduce a alcanzarlo. Un sistema de transporte es un componente clave en el progreso y desarrollo de una región, medido desde la calidad de servicio, la cobertura y la movilidad. Realizar un estudio prospectivo, es la base para obtener un sistema competitivo, el cual potencializara los planes estratégicos de las empresas y disminuirá la incertidumbre para afrontar los cambios que con el tiempo se presentaran. La posibilidad de interactuar con los actores fue uno de los principales retos del proyecto, ya que cada uno de ellos tiene una perspectiva distinta del enfoque de la empresa que direcciona, sin embargo por ser un sistema que reúne varias organizaciones es indispensable que se centren las estrategias hacia un mismo objetivo. ABSTRACT With the posibility of the creation of a new transportation system to fusagasugá, was necesary to investigate how the principal actors of the system are imaginating posible stages that will afford, that is why it was propound to make a prospective study of the public transportation system of passengers from fusagasugá to theyear 2025, with the objective to understand and give strategies that allow the improvement and fortify the system, by the method of stages of the prospective. In the same way the prospective is one of the most used tools in the todays organizational world, for a strategic plan, but the most accepted and used method is the stages method, who gives a bigger vision of the representations of the posible futures, just like the way that leads to reach it. A transportation system is an important component in progress and development into a region, measured from the quality of service, the reach and the movility. Make a prospective study is the base to get into a competitive system, wich will make the enterprises strategic plan stronger and will reduce the uncertainty to afront the changes that, with time will happen. The posibility to interact with the actors was one of the principal challenges of the proyect, because everyone of them has a different perspective of the aproach that the enterprise that leads, even though as it is a system that gather together several organizations is indispensable that the strategies get focused.
