| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo se desarrolló en la Secretaria de Gobierno del municipio de Chía, dentro del marco que comprende la 232 de 1995, y su principal enfoque fue la contribución a las actividades desarrolladas por este ente , a fin de potencializar la consecución y desarrollo de las mismas.
Esto logrado a través de la participación de la academia que para el caso compete a la Universidad de Cundinamarca, la cual la representación de sus estudiantes de últimos semestres de Administración de Empresas, pretende por medio de sus conocimientos generar un aporte en favor del desarrollo y buen desempeño de la actividad comercial en este municipio.
Se podría decir que los aspectos más importantes a resaltar durante todo el desarrollo del trabajo de práctica(pasantía) fueron: el trabajo mancomunado y voluntarioso entre los participes (Secretaria de Gobierno de Chía y los estudiantes de la UDEC), como también los aportes tanto en conocimientos y experiencia que se brindaron de parte y parte , los cuales permitieron llevar a buen término la consecución las actividades y los objetivos propuestos .
Todo lo anterior encaminado al crecimiento , desarrollo y sostenibilidad del municipio de Chía y sus habitantes.
The work was carried out in the secretary of government of municipality of Chía , within the frame that includes the law 232 of 1995, and its main focus was the contribution to the activities developed by this entity , in order to potentiate the achievement and development of the same ones. This is achieved through the participation of the academy, which for the case is the responsibility of the University of Cundinamarca , which , in representation of its students of the last semesters of Business Administration,intends by means of its knowledge to generate a contribution in favor of the development and good performance of commercial activity in this municipality.
It could be said that the most important aspects to highlight during the whole development of the internship(internship) were: the joint and voluntary work between the participants (Secretary of Government of Chia and the students of the UDEC), as well as contributions both knowledge and experience that were provided on both sides , which allowed the successful completion of the proposed activities and objectives.
All of the above aimed at the growth , development and sustainability of the municipality of Chia and inhabitants. | en_EN |
