| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: El siguiente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo con el fin de realizar una aproximación al estado del arte de la simulación clínica como herramienta pedagógica para los enfermeros en formación ya que hoy en día la simulación clínica es la estrategia más utilizada en las diversas universidades a nivel mundial pues brinda al estudiante de enfermería un ambiente de tranquilidad y seguridad donde puede cometer errores y aprender de los mismos, teniendo la oportunidad de realizar procedimientos de manera repetitiva sin causar daño alguno a los pacientes. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo ya que se realizó un análisis profundo sin medición numérica, se recopilaron quince artículos científicos a tráves de una búsqueda virtual y se sistematizo la información a través de tres tipos de fichas técnicas las cuales fueron sinóptica, descriptiva y bibliográfica, permitiendo así condensar la información necesaria para su posterior análisis. En los resultados se evidencia que hay una mayor producción intelectual en idioma español, que los países hispanos son los mayores productores de artículos científicos sobre la simulación clínica, estos artículos son en su mayoría de enfoque cualitativo, con un modelo pedagógico constructivista, con una estrategia pedagogica meta cognitiva, con un tipo de diseño descriptivo, donde el rol que desempeña el docente es como evaluador, además estos artículos científicos poseen elementos éticos. Cabe resaltar que los estudios de simulación clínica son muy variados y que son de gran importancia para la profesión de Enfermería. ABSTRACT: The following research work was carried out in order to make an approximation to the state of the art clinical simulation as a pedagogical tool for nurses in training since today clinical simulation is the most usedd strategy in the various universities at the global level, as it provides nursing students with an environment of peace and security where they can make mistakes and learn from them, having the opportunity to perform procedures in a repetitice manner without causing harm to patients. This research has a qualitative approach since an in depth analysis was carried out without numerical measurement, fifteen scientific articles were collected through a virtual search and the information was systematized through three types of datasheets which were synoptic, descriptive and bibliographical, allowing to condense the necessary information for later analysis. The results show that there is a greater intellectual production in Spanish language, that the Hispanic countries are the largest producers of scientific articleson clinical simulation, these articles are mostly qualitative, with a constructivist pedagogical model, with a pedagogical strategy cognitive goal, with a type of descriptive desing, where role that the student plays is based on experience and the role that the teacher plays as an evaluator, in addition these scientific articles possess ethical elements.
