| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: En la actualidad son muchos los niños y jóvenes que desean practicar
o entrenar futbol, este deporte se ha convertido en una práctica de gran
preferencia para sus consumidores, es así, como es importante la calidad que
pueda ofrecer cualquier institución, empresa o sitio involucrado en el que se hace
su destreza física, bien sea de alto rendimiento o a nivel de aficionado. A esto
debe añadirse que no todos los usuarios buscan calidad para sus entrenamientos,
algunos buscan solo divertirse u ocupar su tiempo libre sin pensar en la calidad de
escenarios donde puedan realizar o ejecutar la práctica deportiva, que, al fin y al
cabo, no solo debe ser el lugar, sino el material para desarrollar la misma. Los
profesionales en el tema determinan que debe haber un mejor conocimiento al
respecto, es decir, una mejor enseñanza y un mejor aprendizaje en cuanto al
tema, es clave tener los elementos básicos para realizar la práctica de futbol.
Por ello, la investigación que propone presenta varios apartados en los que se
fundamenta el trabajo, este proyecto solo muestra una primera parte o división
que sirve como base o estructura de la indagación total, es decir, el primer
acercamiento de las ideas a desarrollar, en primer lugar; se muestra la
introducción, en la que se observa la vía que tomó la indagación, que no es otra
que determinar la calidad percibida del servicio de los integrantes y usuarios de
los clubes deportivos de futbol base del parque Metropolitano El Tunal.
ABSTRACT: At present there are many children and young people who want to
practice or train football, this sport has become a practice of great preference for
their consumers, this is how important is the quality that any institution, company
or site involved in the one who does his physical dexterity, be it high performance
or amateur level. To this must be added that not all users seek quality for their
training, some seek just to have fun or occupy their free time without thinking
about the quality of scenarios where they can perform or execute sports practice,
which, after all, not only it must be the place, but the material to develop it. The
professionals in the subject determine that there must be a better knowledge in
this regard, that is, a better teaching and better learning in terms of the subject, it
is key to have the basic elements to carry out the practice of soccer.
Therefore, the proposed research presents several sections on which the work is
based, this project only shows a first part or division that serves as the basis or
structure of the total investigation, that is, the first approach of the ideas to be
developed, first; the introduction is shown, in which the route taken by the
investigation is observed, which is nothing other than determining the perceived
quality of the service of the members and users of the baseball sports clubs of the
