Representaciones socio ambientales a partir del análisis de discurso de los habitantes del municipio de Arbeláez, provincia de Sumapaz- Cundinamarca desde la consulta popular del 2017 hasta el 2023.

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado representaciones sociales ambientales a partir del análisis de discurso de los habitantes del municipio de la provincia de Sumapaz- Cundinamarca desde la consulta popular del 2017 hasta el 2023 se plantea cómo objetivo general identificar las representaciones socio ambientales de los habitantes del municipio Arbeláez de la provincia del Sumapaz y su transformación desde la consulta popular hasta la actualidad esto se hace con la idea principal de indagar sobre aspectos relevantes del territorio, la percepción de los habitantes del municipio, sobre los conflictos socio- ambientales, así como los impactos de la consulta popular del municipio, sobre cómo se dio esta, así como interpretar elementos de la realidad que pueden ser rastreados en el pasado. Este trabajo está pensado a partir de tres momentos; el primero relacionado a las reflexiones socio- ambientales del municipio de Arbeláez, el segundo momento se centra en un balance de la consulta popular del 2017 y el tercer momento indaga acerca del análisis de discurso que permita dilucidar las representaciones socioambientales del municipio, desde el estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo del fenómeno. En la construcción del documento se analizaron dos entrevistas de persona vinculadas a proceso de la consulta, así como una revisión documental del evento, para luego preguntar en el presente a los habitantes de Arbeláez a partir de 355 encuestas, que conceptos tienen entorno al ambiente para identificar las representaciones socio- ambientales del municipio de Arbeláez, encontrando diferentes percepciones latentes en la comunidad, como los desafíos que esta enfrenta.

The present work entitled environmental social representations from the discourse analysis of the inhabitants of the municipality of the province of Sumapaz-Cundinamarca from the popular consultation of 2017 to 2023, the general objective is to identify the socio-environmental representations of the inhabitants of the Arbeláez municipality. of the province of Sumapaz and its transformation from the popular consultation to the present, this is done with the main idea of inquiring about relevant aspects of the territory, the perception of the inhabitants of the municipality, about socio-environmental conflicts, as well as the impacts of the popular consultation of the municipality, on how this occurred, as well as interpreting elements of reality that can be traced in the past. This work is thought from three moments; the first related to the socio-environmental reflections of the municipality of Arbeláez, the second moment focuses on a balance of the popular consultation of 2017 and the third moment inquires about the discourse analysis that allows elucidating the socioenvironmental representations of the municipality, from the study qualitative and quantitative of the phenomenon. In the construction of the document, two person interviews linked to the consultation process were analyzed, as well as a documentary review of the event, to then ask the inhabitants of Arbeláez in the present, based on 355 surveys, what concepts they have regarding the environment for identify the socio-environmental representations of the municipality of Arbeláez, finding different latent perceptions in the community, such as the challenges it faces.
