Un Estudio del impacto y eficiencia en los pagos de deudas tributarias en el manejo interno de la Organización Roy Sport S.A.S

Abstract

Resumen Con el propósito de subsanar, el impacto ocasionado por una deuda que adquirió la organización Roy Sport S.A.S con la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, se analizaron aspectos de eficiencia en la gestión interna de la organización, así como eventos pasados que generaron problemas de financiamiento al momento de cubrir sus obligaciones tributarias. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar el impacto de la deuda en la organización Roy Sport S.A.S, y los mecanismos óptimos que permitan sanear la obligación tributaria, logrando el fortalecimiento de la empresa y la migración a otro régimen. En este contexto se buscará plantear un acuerdo de pago, que favorezca positivamente al ente con facilidades de pago, generando que la empresa se encuentre totalmente saneada, para luego migrar al régimen simple de tributación; ya que este ofrece beneficios de los cuales esta entidad no ha podido adquirir, al no encontrarse al día con la DIAN. Se realizó un análisis a la entidad buscando todas las posibles problemáticas que dieron origen a la deuda, así como el impacto que actualmente repercute sobre dicho endeudamiento e intereses que aumentan a lo largo de los años. Esta investigación tiene como fin, concientizar a los empresarios y organizaciones que se encuentren iniciando una empresa o tengan una constituida, ya que podrán prevenir posibles riesgos en los pagos de impuestos o al momento de caer en mora, ejecutando acuerdos oportunos para disminuir las sanciones por parte de la DIAN y poder acogerse a todos los beneficios vigentes. Abstract With the purpose of remedying the impact caused by a debt that the organization Roy Sport S.A.S acquired with the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs, aspects of efficiency in the internal management of the organization were analyzed, as well as past events that generated financing problems at the time of covering their tax obligations. The objective of this study is to determine the impact of the debt in the organization Roy Sport S.A.S and the optimal mechanisms that will allow to clean up the tax obligation, achieving the strengthening of the company and the migration to another regime. In this context, an agreement of payment will be sought, that favors positively the entity with payment facilities, generating that the company is totally sanitized, to later migrate to the simple regime of taxation, since this offers benefits of which this entity has not been able to acquire, not being up-to-date with the DIAN. An analysis was made to the entity looking for all possible problems that gave rise to the debt, as well as the impact that currently affects such indebtedness and interests that increase over the years. The purpose of this research is to raise awareness among businessmen and organizations that are starting a company or have an established one, since they will be able to prevent possible risks in tax payments or at the time of falling into arrears, executing timely agreements to reduce penalties by the DIAN and be able to take advantage of all the benefits in force.
