Para ello se consultaron y analizaron diferentes textos tanto de discusiones académicas como de normatividad, arrojando como hallazgo que efectivamente en el encargo de revisoría fiscal, sí se llega a identificar un caso de corrupción la normatividad exige llevar un debido proceso para poder brindar la información de la situación y esta sea válida y que en el caso de las entidades públicas los órganos encargados del control son la contraloría y la procuraduría general de la nación. The Fiscal Review Office in Colombia plays a role of great importance in the fight against corruption, which is increasingly present, in relation to this topic, the objective of the article is to identify what role the Fiscal Review Office plays in this fight, their responsibility in the face of a situation in which this problem is present in an entity, and identify how the control is in the public entities and whether this is in charge of the Fiscal Review.
