Basado en la Guía de Planes Escolares de Gestión del Riesgo y en cumplimiento del Decreto 2157 de 2017. Esta actualización se basa en un enfoque integral que combina métodos de observación, deductivos y de análisis. Primeramente, se lleva a cabo la recopilación de información general sobre la seccional Girardot, incluyendo la descripción del nombre de la institución, su ubicación, las áreas construidas, el estado actual de sus redes internas y la identificación de la infraestructura susceptible de ser afectada por fenómenos amenazantes. Posteriormente se analizan el contexto externo e interno de la seccional. En el contexto externo se delimita y describe el área de influencia externa, se diligencia el formato de identificación de escenarios de riesgo asociados a fenómenos amenazantes, se priorizan los escenarios de riesgo identificados, y se caracterizan detalladamente. Además, se identifican las instalaciones que podrían representar una amenaza para la seccional. En cuanto al contexto interno, se alinean la gestión del riesgo con el Proyecto Educativo Institucional, los Proyectos Ambientales Escolares, el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, los sistemas de gestión de calidad, y los procesos académicos y administrativos. También se detalla la estructura organizacional, se realiza inventario de recursos disponibles e identifican las directivas responsables en la toma de decisiones. Adicionalmente, se describen las zonas vulnerables a posibles daños y se elaboran mapas de amenaza para los escenarios priorizados. Luego se continua con la evaluación de riesgos mediante la Matriz Integral de Evaluación de Riesgos en Instituciones Educativas, lo que permite establecer medidas de intervención correctiva y prospectiva para los escenarios priorizados. This document presents the update of the institutional disaster risk management plan (PIGRD) of the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section. Based on the Guide of School Risk Management Plans and in compliance with Decree 2157 of 2017. This update is based on a comprehensive approach that combines observation, deductive and analytical methods. First, general information is collected about the Girardot section, including the description of the name of the institution, its location, the built areas, the current state of its internal networks and the identification of the infrastructure susceptible to being affected by threatening phenomena. Subsequently, the external and internal context of the section is analyzed. In the external context, the area of external influence is delimited and described, the identification form of risk scenarios associated with threatening phenomena is filled out, the identified risk scenarios are prioritized, and they are characterized in detail. In addition, the facilities that could represent a threat to the section are identified. Regarding the internal context, risk management is aligned with the Institutional Educational Project, the School Environmental Projects, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the quality management systems, and the academic and administrative processes. The organizational structure is also detailed, an inventory of available resources is made, and the directives responsible for decision-making are identified. Additionally, the areas vulnerable to possible damage are described and threat maps are drawn up for the prioritized scenarios.
