Por ende, el estudio de factibilidad más que un ejercicio académico se constituye en un referente importante para la creación de empresas en la provincia Sabana Occidente de Cundinamarca, más específicamente en el municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca, el cual permite contribuir significativamente al crecimiento económico del municipio y la región, toda vez que las unidades productivas dedicadas al comercio y servicio incentivan el consumo y a su vez, generan fuentes de empleo formal. ABSTRACT The project presented below corresponds to a feasibility study for the creation of a naturist store in the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca, which is based on the development of the following phases: analysis of the offer and demand in the market, identification of the technical infrastructure necessary to the assembly of the health food store, determination of the requirements administrative and legal for the start-up of the health food store, analysis of the environmental impact of the project and financial evaluation to analyze the profitability of the new company to be established.
