Dando cabida a este punto se describió cada uno de los procesos necesarios para llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha del proyecto. Se establecieron cada uno de los objetivos que son esenciales para la creación del plan de negocios, integrando así los respectivos estudios de mercado, operativo, administrativo y legal, complementando con el plan de manejo ambiental y un análisis financiero que determinen la viabilidad del plan de negocio con una proyección positiva a futuro. ABSTRACT The main objective of this Business Plan is the Creation of an Ecotourism Company in the Sabaneta Village of the Municipality of San Francisco Cundinamarca, it has been developed with the aim of taking advantage of the opportunity of ecological tourism, thanks to the natural wealth of the area and the proximity to the City of Bogota.
