Para el desarrollo de este se realizó una evaluación físico y funcional del equipo para comprobar cumplimiento de parámetros del mismo establecidos por la norma, así como la búsqueda de información tanto del equipo biomédico como del servicio de tele diagnóstico en radiología mediante manuales de usuario e información entregada por el proveedor del servicio de telemedicina en la institución, gestión documental, desarrollo de herramientas de manejo y mantenimiento del equipo, capacitación del funcionamiento del servicio de tele diagnostico por parte de la empresa encargada del proceso de telemedicina, verificación de funcionamiento del sistema e implementación del mismo en el área de Imagenología, finalmente se realiza una evaluación de resultados mediante la cual se logra comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del servicio en la institución. In this paper we observe the support and management of radiology services under the modality of telemedicine in the social company of the state Hospital San Antonio de Arbeláez Cundinamarca, an institution providing first-level health services.
