| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: El estudio socioambiental se realizó en las veredas la Palma, Pekín y Sauces, ubicadas dentro de la zona de protección Cerro Fusacatan -Fusagasuga, establecida como área de Reserva Ecológica y Parque Natural según acuerdo N° 008 del 2003, donde se establece los usos prohibidos y condicionados del suelo. Para reconocer aspectos sociales y ambientales en este estudio se emplearon los instrumentos: encuestas (243 con un 50% alcanzado) , entrevistas (3), talleres participativos (3) y recorridos transversales (5). Los resultados demostraron que de las 120 familias encuestadas el 82.5% no presentan conocimiento sobre el uso y manejo de la zona de protección y el 92% señalaron no haber recibido capacitaciones por parte de las autoridades ambientales con respecto a las alternativas de sistemas de producción y estrategias de uso y manejo adecuado de los recursos naturales que involucre las actividades económicas de la zona, por lo cual se evidencia el incumplimiento e incoherencia en lo estipulado en el POT de Fusagasugá (Acuerdo 029 de 2001). Mediante los recorridos transversales se registraron 31 familias y 38 especies de plantas entre árboles, arbustos y arvenses, siendo la familia Araceae la más sobresaliente. Con respecto a la fauna se identificaron 46 especies de Aves y 15 de Mariposas, lo que conlleva a pensar que probablemente se trata de un ecosistema clave al dar refugio a una biota silvestre representativa del bosque de montaña y un importante reservorio hídrico por sus 75 nacederos identificados en los Parques Naturales San Rafael y Cerro Fusacatan señalado en el PDM 2012-2015- Lo especifico anteriormente ha generado problemáticos sociales, ecológicas y culturales ya que son zonas que están siendo orientadas a la explotación minero-energética de acuerdo al proyecto COR 4; y a la agricultura tradicional según reestructuraciones del POT. ABSTRACT: The preliminary socio environmental study was carried out in the La Palma.
