| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: La distribución de los recursos en un país o región se debe dar de manera
equitativa con el fin de brindar bienestar y mejorar la calidad de vida a cada
uno de los habitantes de la población. Es importante para una comunidad
contar con aquellos recursos necesarios para invertir en proyectos sociales,
de educación, económicos, entre otros, que sean productivos y contribuyan
al desarrollo de la región. Los recursos generados en un país se deben distribuir incluyendo la totalidad de la población, de acuerdo a su progreso y nivel económico, de modo que sea una asignación equitativa y las oportunidades de crecimiento y
desarrollo sean las mismas para cada región, y de este modo poder ofrecer
bienestar a la comunidad. Según lo establecido en la legislación colombiana, a cada región vinculada con la nación le corresponde un porcentaje de dinero proveniente de las
actividades de la explotación de recursos naturales no renovables, esta
comisión entregada a la dirección de cada municipio se recibe con el fin de
promocionar proyectos que desarrollen el bienestar y la mejor calidad de vida
de la población; por lo tanto a través de esta investigación se verificará el
cumplimiento de la norma y adicionalmente se evaluará si con el capital
obtenido se han implementado correctamente dichos proyectos en el
