| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: Este proyecto de pasantía tiene como objetivo el diseño de un programa de orientación vocacional, para facilitar la toma de decisiones respecto al oficio que quieren desempeñar los estudiantes de grado once del colegio Técnico Santo Tomás. Haciendo uso del test para la identificación de intereses vocacionales y profesionales, creados por las psicólogas Malca de Goldemberg y Magali Merchán, el cual está compuesto por 80 preguntas, con dos opciones de respuesta (me interesa o no me interesa). Este instrumento se encuentra validado para su aplicación en Colombia y se considera un elemento sencillo para determinar algunas habilidades y cualidades en los estudiantes. Además se empleó el inventario de madurez vocacional el cual se refiere a la habilidad para decidir lo que concierne con el papel que desean desempeñar en la sociedad, por medio de una profesión incluyendo actitudes hacia la toma de decisiones, análisis de la demanda laboral, tareas de planificación y desarrollo de capacidades vocacionales además de la elección vocacional decada individuo, creado por Donald Súper, el cual cuenta con 60 preguntas, con dos opciones de respuesta (falso o verdadero). Pero adaptado por Aurelio Busot. Por ultimo a cada estudiante se le aplicara una entrevista en la cual se busca indagar sobre los factores que están influyendo en la toma de decisiones en cuanto al oficio que quieren desempeñar y sobre la expectativas que tienen acerca de su futuro asimismo de los medios con los que cuentan para cumplir con sus objetivos. La metodología empleada es mixta haciendo referencia a lo cuantitativo por medio de la aplicación de los test y lo cuantitativo se hace evidente por la entrevista.
