| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el efecto del uso de dos reguladores de crecimiento (BAP - ANA) y nutrientes complejos jugo de piña y agua de coco, para la multiplicación de Prosthechea sp., una orquídea que actualmente está sujeta a problemas por deforestación y saqueo ilegal por parte de los habitantes de la zona rural de San Rafael ubicada en la Agudita, corregimiento del municipio de Fusagasugá Cundinamarca. Como alternativa para su propagación se establecieron directamente semillas de Prosthechea sp., sobre los medio M y S (Murashige y Skoog, 1962), adicionalmente suplementado con nutrientes complejos (almidón 10 g.L-1, coco 200ml/L y piña 200 ml/L). También se evaluaron los reguladores de crecimiento; ANA en concentraciones de (0,0, 0.5, 1 y 2 mg.L-1). BAP (0,0, 0.5, 1y2mg.L-1). Se utilizó un diseño completamente al azar –DCA- con un factorial 2x4x4+6, con38 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones, cada frasco de vidrio consistió en la unidad experimental. El cultivo se realizó bajo condiciones in vitro durante 12 semanas; el mejor tratamiento para germinación fue T3, Medio MS con almidón (10g.L-1), y aguade coco(200ml/L) con un 66%, seguido de T30, Medio MS con almidón(10g.L-1), ANA(0,5mg.L-1),con un 55%.El mejor tratamiento para formación de protocormos fue T3, Medio MS con almidón (10g.L-1), y agua de coco(200ml/L) con un 76% . Seguido de T6, Medio MS con agua de coco (200ml/L) con un 69%. El T6 medio MS con agua de coco (200ml/L) presento la mejor respuesta para el desarrollo de rizoides obteniendo como resultado un 69,7%, al igual que el T24 Medio MS con almidón (10g.L-1) y BAP(0,5mg.L-1), que presenta un 57,3% del desarrollo de rizoides, respuesta significativa para esta etapa.
