Ruta de Promoción y atención En El Contexto De Maternidad Segura Y Feliz En La Universidad De Cundinamarca.

Abstract

El embarazo en una adolescente y joven se constituye como un problema para la familia y la sociedad. Por su parte; a nivel social se han identificado efectos negativos que pueden perjudicar el futuro de una mujer Joven como lo es: ser madre soltera, un embarazo no deseado, maltrato físico y psicológico, aborto provocado o en ocasiones dar el niño en adopción. etc. Dichos condicionantes logran contribuir en el momento de la toma de la decisión en lo referente a la deserción en sus estudios. Debido a que se ha evidenciado una deserción por parte de las estudiantes cuando quedan embarazadas, la Unidad Amiga de Adolescentes y Jóvenes de la Universidad de Cundinamarca trabaja en la articulación de las rutas de atención en salud con los protocolos de atención. Por ello se decide crear y diseñar La Ruta de promoción y atención en un contexto de maternidad segura y feliz que busca ser un mecanismo facilitador para la estudiante, docentes y administrativos de la comunidad UDECINA , esta ruta fue elaborada para brindar un apoyo multidisciplinario a la estudiante embarazada, para el desarrollo de esta ruta se tomó como Marco de referencia la Ruta integral de atención para la maternidad y paternidad segura, saludable y feliz de Cundinamarca, se organizó la creación de los procedimientos relacionados con los diferentes hitos de atención a la adaptación a la población femenina universitaria en edad fértil, gestante y lactante. La mayoría de estudiantes gestantes y lactantes de la universidad de Cundinamarca, son mujeres independientes que no cuentan con una red económica estable y muchas veces no tienen una red de apoyo familiar, además de eso se encuentran con docentes o personal administrativo que llegan a juzgar su grado de vulnerabilidad por el simple hecho de ser joven y haber quedado en embarazo. Es por esto; que, para combatir dichos escenarios, se crea la ruta de atención y promoción en un contexto de maternidad segura y feliz para la universidad de Cundinamarca. Se espera que esta ruta; sirva de contención, guía, camino, con el fin de disminuir las posibilidades de la toma de la decisión por parte de las estudiantes gestantes frente a la deserción. The majority of pregnant and lactating students at the University of Cundinamarca are independent women who do not have a stable economic network and often do not have a family support network, in addition to that they encounter teachers or administrative staff who judge their degree of vulnerability by the simple fact of being young and having become pregnant. It is for this reason that, in order to combat these scenarios, the route of attention and promotion in a context of safe and happy motherhood is created for the University of Cundinamarca. It is expected that this route will serve as a containment, guide, path, in order to reduce the possibilities of decision making by pregnant students in the face of desertion.
