Proyecto clínica de heridas, hospital san Rafael del Espinal junio, julio, agosto, diciembre 2022 – enero de 2023.
Abstract
El proyecto de Clínica de Heridas del Hospital San Rafael de El Espinal inicia en junio de 2022 con el propósito de apoyar la implementación de la atención de Clínica de heridas al usuario con el fin de contribuir a la mejora continua de la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y el bienestar. El proyecto inicia con la caracterización y seguimiento de los usuarios en el Hospital San Rafael de El Espinal, en Julio del 2022 con el apoyo del laboratorio Convatec se capacita a 30 participantes del hospital San Rafael de El Espinal E.S.E. (19 enfermeras profesionales, 10 auxiliares de enfermería, El Coordinador del comité de seguridad del paciente, la pasante de enfermería y docente Emérita Amparo Arteaga Jiménez de la Universidad de Cundinamarca) para la implementación tecnología avanzada. Para el objetivo de costos del proyecto se investiga en facturación y dependencia de presupuesto sobre la repercusión de costos de los dos tipos facturación de herida simple y herida simple por SOAT que maneja el HSR. Se socializa y valida el avance de la gestión del proyecto Clínica de Herida a la líder enfermera Lina María Ramírez Cuervo y la coordinadora de Enfermería 2022 Yorlady Alexandra Rivera Marroquín y por parte de la academia la docente Emérita Amparo Arteaga Jiménez y la pasante Geraldine Serrano González. En la segunda fase que inicia en Diciembre de 2022 con la disposición de un consultorio para la atención del usuario de Clínica de heridas, la asignación de un auxiliar de enfermería y la intervención de la pasante como profesional de enfermería en un horario de lunes a viernes de 7:00am a 6:00p.m. y sábados de 7:00a.m. a 01:00p.m. se continua con la caracterización y seguimiento a 5 pacientes con lesiones de piel: quiste pilonidal, ulcera varicosa, Mamoplastia de reducción, Amputación miembro inferior y celulitis. los cuales 3 se les presta atención de internación, ambulatoria y domiciliaria por parte de la pasante y 2 usuario con atención ambulatoria. Evidenciándose la evolución satisfactoria con la intervención del enfermero profesional y la tecnología avanzada de los pacientes de seguimiento y por ello se recomienda la continuidad y consolidación de la atención Clínica de Heridas tanto en el Consultorio y el seguimiento domiciliario como también profundizar en la repercusión de los costos de Clínica de Heridas.
