Caracterización del perfil turístico residencial (segunda residencia) de un destino emergente en Colombia, municipio de Ricaurte-Colombia.

Abstract

Esta caracterización se realizó con el fin de dar respuesta al siguiente interrogante: ¿Cual es la proyección que tiene el municipio de Ricaurte, frente al impacto generado a nivel local, nacional e internacional por su desarrollo turístico residencial?, para ello se planteó el siguiente objetivo: Caracterizar el sector turístico residencial (segunda residencia) del municipio de Ricaurte- Cundinamarca con base en su proyección local, nacional e internacional, según el impacto social y económico. Para ello se seguirá los siguientes pasos- aplicar encuestas a los propietarios de los apartamentos o casa de conjuntos las constructoras y los prestadores de servicios turísticos (hoteles, bares, restaurantes, supermercados), con el fin de identificar las falencias y fortalezas del crecimiento y desarrollo de la segunda residencia en el municipio y cuales serian la medidas que se deben tomar para mitigar un impacto negativo. ABSTRACT: This characterization was carriedd out in order to answer the following question: What is the projection that the municipality of Ricaurte has, compared to the impact generated locally, national ant international by its residential tourism development? Objective: Characterize the residential tourism sector (Second residence) of the municipality of Ricaurte Cundinamarca based on its local, national and international projection, according to the social and economic impact. For this, the following steps are taken: apply surveys to the owners of the apartments or houses of the complexes, the construction compaines and the providers of tourist services (hotels, bars restairants, supermarkets), in order to identify the shortcomings and strengths of the growth and development of the second residence in the municipality and what would be the measures that must be taken to mitigate a negative impact.
