Propuesta metodológica para facilitar la práctica del kayak de travesía, en compañía de mascotas.

Abstract

La propuesta planteada en el siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal diseñar una guía metodológica para facilitar y favorecer la práctica del kayak en compañía de mascotas, permitiendo así, que se establezcan con una mayor fuerza las relaciones que se han establecido entre la persona y la mascota. Además, aborda diferentes elementos y componentes disciplinares del área de la educación y la actividad física, los deportes y en parte beneficios que conlleva la práctica de la actividad física en compañía de mascotas. por otro lado, aborda componentes indirectamente a nivel psicológico y social de la población objeto que hace parte del desarrollo de esta propuesta. La propuesta cuenta con 3 fases de investigación las cuales están basadas en el diseño, la ejecución y la evaluación de esta, por medio de diferentes estrategias y herramientas tecnológicas para la recolección de información. The main objective of the proposal raised in the following work is to facilitate and promote kayaking in the company of pets, thus allowing the relationships between the person and the pet to be established with greater force. In addition, it addresses different elements and disciplinary components in the area of education and physical activity, sports and, in part, benefits that the practice of physical activity in the company of pets entails. on the other hand, it also indirectly addresses components at the psychological and social level of the target population that is part of the development of this proposal. The proposal has 3 research phases which are based on the design, execution and evaluation of this, through different strategies and technological tools for the collection of information.
