Análisis del impacto en la implementación de la norma nts-ts002/2014 en el hotel lagosol de compensar 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN: La sosteibilidad es uno de los principales temas a nivel turístico, por ello el contexto de esta investigación es analizar la implementación de la norma NTS Lagosol de Compensar en el cual nos apoya la Resolución 3860 de 2015 en el Titulo II del Artículo 7. Lagosol es un Hotel que pertenece a la caja de compensación familiar Compensar, este se ha centrado en el enfoque ambiental razón por la cual se desde hae 10 años aproximadamente inicio un programa de gestión de residuos en búsquedad de reducir sustancialmente la disposición al relleno sanitario y fomentar la clasificación en la fuente; en el año 2011 como parte de una iniciativa de COTELCO capitulo Tolima y ante el gran camino ya recorrido se adelanta el proceso de certificación en la NTS TS 002 y NTC5133 los cuales conserva hasta el día de hoy. Actualmente la madurez del sistema de gestión para la sostenibilidad implementado por Lagosol le permite no solo promocionarse ante su usuario sino convertirse en un punto de referencia para otros establecimiento de hospedaje y un benefactor de la comunidad que lo rodea. Teniendo en cuenta que los procesos de calidad turística en el Hotel Lagosol de Compensar cuenta con una excelente cultura de prestación de servicios para Lagosol la certificación de la Norma NTS-TS002 no es solo una promoción y un reconocimiento es contribuir a la conservación del medio ambiente y al bienestar socio económico. Esta mejora ayuda a garantizar la gestión del desarrollo turístico no solo del Hotel sino de la comunidad en general dando así nuevas fuentes de empleo, al sector productivo. En la investigación se destacaran dos periodos el año 2010 en el cual el Hotel no tenía implementada la norma y alo 201 en el cual se ha llevado un periodo de cinco años promedio con la NTS 002. Currently the maturity of the management system for sustainability implemented by Lagosol not only promote itself to its user but become a point of reference for other accommodation establishments and a benefactor of the surrounding community. Taking into account that the quality processes focused on the Hotel Lagosol the Compensar have an excellent culture of service delivery for Lagosol, the certification of the NTS-TS002 standard is not only a promotion and a recognition it contributes to the conservation od the enviroment and socio-economic well-being. This improvement of the aid guarantee the management of the tourist development not only of the hotel but of the community in general thus giving new sources of employment, to the productive sector. In the investigation the periods are destabilized in the year 2010 in which the hotel had not implemented the standard and the year 2016 in which it has carried an average period of five years with the NTS 002.
