SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN PARA LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE RECURSOS EMPRESARIALES DE LA RECEBERA Q Y M S.A.S. EN UBATÉ CUNDINAMARCA "DATARECERBER"

Abstract

El sistema de información DataRecerber diseñado para la empresa Q Y M S.A.S., se basa en la implementación de la metodología de desarrollo en espiral, la cual permitió hacer el desarrollo por medio de fases como: definición de objetivos, análisis de riesgos, desarrollo y planificación, de igual forma, se implementó la metodología de trabajo Scrum, que le permitió al equipo, ejecutar cada una de las tareas relacionadas con la metodología de desarrollo, teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos solicitados por el cliente. Se identifica el alcance y las limitaciones del desarrollo, igualmente se reflejará las herramientas utilizadas para el diseño y construcción del sistema, las cuales son: el entorno de desarrollo Visual Studio, el lenguaje C#, la base de datos en el servidor FreeHostia, además aborda algunos conceptos a tener en cuenta para comprender el ámbito del proyecto. También, se especifica como el sistema de información DataRecerber logra integrar la diversa información, que genera a diario en los diferentes centros de trabajo que se ubican geográficamente alejados, por medio de cada uno de los módulos que conforman este sistema, que son: gastos de maquinaria, facturación, remisiones, comprobantes de egreso, nomina, producción, estadísticas, reportes y trabajadores. Logrando resolver el problema que se tiene, en cuanto al manejo de la información, con este sistema se podrán mejorar procesos como el ingreso, búsqueda de datos, generar reportes de gastos de maquinaria, horas trabajadas por los de los operarios de las maquinas, reportes de la recebera y el acopio mostrando: ingresos, gastos y utilidad o perdida y establecer la comunicación en tiempo real entre la sede administrativa y la recebera, puesto que, este sistema simplifica la labor de los trabajadores al tener acceso rápido y eficaz a la información, así mismo permite identificar errores y aplicar acciones correctivas a tiempo. Abstract The DataRecerber information system designed for the company Q Y M S.A.S., is based on the implementation of the spiral development methodology, which allowed the development through phases such as: definition of objectives, risk analysis, development and planning, likewise, the Scrum work methodology was implemented, which allowed the team to execute each of the tasks related to the development methodology, taking into account the requirements requested by the client. The scope and limitations of the development are identified, as well as the tools used for the design and construction of the system, which are: the Visual Studio development environment, the C# language, the database in the FreeHostia server, and some concepts to be taken into account to understand the scope of the project. Also, it is specified how the DataRecerber information system manages to integrate the diverse information that is generated daily in the different work centers that are located geographically distant, through each of the modules that make up this system, which are: machinery expenses, billing, referrals, receipts, payroll, production, statistics, reports and workers. With this system it will be possible to improve processes such as data entry, data search, generate reports of machinery expenses, hours worked by machine operators, reports of the reception and collection showing: income, expenses and profit or loss and establish real-time communication between the office and the reception, since this system simplifies the work of workers to have quick and efficient access to information, as well as to identify errors and implement corrective actions in time.
