Sistematización de experiencias: una apuesta por la cátedra para la paz desde la licenciatura en ciencias sociales de la universidad de cundinamarca

Abstract

La presente investigación se basa en la Cátedra de paz a partir de la Ley 1732 de 2014 y el decreto 1038 de 2015, este último reglamenta y hace obligatoria la implementación en las instituciones educativas del país, con el objetivo promover la educación y cultura de paz en los niños y niñas desde las aulas de clase. Es así, como vincula la convivencia pacífica, participación ciudadana, memoria histórica y derechos humanos, desde los cuales, se empieza a trabajar la resolución pacífica de los conflictos y la no violencia en el país. En la ciudad de Fusagasugá, la implementación de la cátedra se integra en el campo educativo durante el año 2016, pero al ser un tema nuevo y coyuntural, la adaptación se hizo compleja para las instituciones y docentes, debido a las condiciones por las que atravesaba el país, en relación con la firma de los acuerdos de paz entre el Estado y las FARC. Es así, como la Licenciatura en Educación Básica con Énfasis en Ciencias Sociales, plantea el proyecto de Cátedra de paz, con el fin de apoyar y respaldar desde las prácticas pedagógicas y los practicantes (docentes en formación), las instituciones educativas rurales, así mismo, fortalecer la investigación desde los escenarios de práctica institucional y comunitaria. Para analizar la implementación fue necesario sistematizar la experiencia de la cátedra de paz de la Licenciatura en Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Cundinamarca sede Fusagasugá, entre el periodo comprendido 2016 a 2018 con el interés de resaltar el trabajo de docentes, estudiantes y semilleristas. La sistematización de experiencias se desarrolló bajo tres fases, (pre activa, interactiva y pos activa) en articulación con los cinco puntos propuesto en el modelo de Oscar Jara, (punto de partida de la experiencia, formulación del plan de sistematización, recuperación del proceso vivido, reflexiones de fondo y puntos de llegada). La metodología empleada utilizó el análisis de contenido como una herramienta para ver, entender y estudiar las realidades sociales complejas, desde el significado de los distintos testimonios (entrevistas) o textos escritos (documentos) que arrojó el proyecto Cátedra de paz, es decir, las referencias y los rasgos que pueden ser organizados, analizados e interpretados por medio de matrices para la elaboración del informe final. El desarrollo del trabajo consistió en recopilar y analizar documentos y experiencias sobre la Cátedra de paz de la Universidad de Cundinamarca y construir una narrativa a partir de la experiencia “cátedra de paz” de la UDEC. En este sentido, los capítulos se encuentran distribuidos en: instituciones educativas, donde se relata los primeros acercamientos a la cátedra y la intervención en las instituciones educativas Guavio Bajo y Nuevo Horizonte; trabajo desarrollado con excombatientes en la ZVTN hoy ETCR Antonio Nariño en la vereda La Fila de Icononzo-Tolima; y el trabajo investigativo llevado a cabo por semillero “Niñez, Conflicto y Paz” de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. This research is based on the Chair of Peace from Law 1732 of 2014 and Decree 1038 of 2015, the latter regulates and makes implementation mandatory in educational institutions of the country, with the aim of promoting education and culture of peace in boys and girls from the classrooms. This is how it links peaceful coexistence, citizen participation, historical memory and human rights, from which the peaceful resolution of conflicts and non-violence in the country begins to work. In the city of Fusagasugá, the implementation of the chair is integrated into the educational field during 2016, but as it is a new and temporary issue, the adaptation became complex for institutions and teachers, due to the conditions it was going through the country, in relation to the signing of the peace accords between the State and the FARC. Thus, as the Bachelor of Basic Education with an Emphasis on Social Sciences, raises the Peace Chair project, in order to support and back up from pedagogical practices and practitioners (teachers in training), rural educational institutions, as well , strengthen research from institutional and community practice scenarios. To analyze the implementation, it was necessary to systematize the experience of the peace chair of the Bachelor of Social Sciences of the University of Cundinamarca, Fusagasugá headquarters, between the period from 2016 to 2018 with the interest of highlighting the work of teachers, students and seed students. The systematization of experiences was developed under three phases, (pre-active, interactive and post-active) in conjunction with the five points proposed in the Oscar Jara model, (starting point of the experience, formulation of the systematization plan, recovery of the process lived, background reflections and arrival points). The methodology used used content analysis as a tool to see, understand and study complex social realities, from the meaning of the different testimonies (interviews) or written texts (documents) that the Cátedra de paz project produced, that is, the references and features that can be organized, analyzed and interpreted through matrices for the preparation of the final report. The development of the work consisted of compiling and analyzing documents and experiences on the Peace Chair of the University of Cundinamarca and constructing a narrative based on the “peace chair” experience of the UDEC. In this sense, the chapters are distributed in: educational institutions, where the first approaches to the chair and the intervention in the educational institutions Guavio Bajo and Nuevo Horizonte are related; work developed with ex-combatants in the ZVTN today ETCR Antonio Nariño in the village of La Fila de Icononzo-Tolima; and the research work carried out by the “Niñez, Conflicto y Paz” seedbed at the University of Cundinamarca
