Rasgos identitarios de comunidad negra en el municipio de Fusagasugá

Abstract

La afrocolombianidad es un término que se asocia a una población negra que acogida bajo la máxima ley, La Constitución Política de Colombia de 1991 mediante el artículo 7° habla sobre el reconocimiento y protección de la diversidad étnica y cultural de la nación. De esto nace la necesidad de respetar, aceptar y comportarse frente a cada ser humano nacionalizado en términos de igualdad y equidad y la Ley 70 de 1993, es uno de los documentos que fueron creados para salvaguardar la identidad cultural, y proteger los derechos de las comunidades negras en Colombia, gracias a esto se logra tener un reconocimiento en la sociedad respeto de sus rasgos identitarios como la forma de pensar, sentir y de actuar. Este trabajo de investigación se fundamenta sobre un paradigma de investigación etnográfica la cual se desarrolló a través de un método mixto correlacional, para identificar los rasgos identitarios de la comunidad afrocolombiana del municipio de Fusagasugá la cual tuvo como comunidad de estudió la Comuna Occidental de Fusagasugá, los miembros del Colectivo Matamba y la Asociación Afrofusa Étnica a fin de, consolidar una investigación etnográfica, narrativas autobiográficas que pudieron servir de base para fortalecer un reconocimiento de la comunidad afro en la sociedad regional. Durante la investigación se pudo dar cuenta de que la idea identitaria del racismo en la comunidad negra sigue vigente y que, las diferencias entre población negra y blanca, no debe limitarse a la institucionalidad educativa y gubernamental. Hay que tener en cuenta la comunidad fusagasugueña y su relación dentro de una cotidianidad, para este caso, comunidad afro en el municipio de Fusagasugá. El ejercicio de observación y de diálogo realizado con la comunidad negra permitió encontrar que, la escucha y la interacción, como espacios alternativos que parten desde los intereses del colectivo Matamba para involucrar a más mujeres cuya distinción no está solo en sus rasgos fenotípicos y promoción de una cultura fusagasugueña, con matices afro. This research work is based on a paradigm of ethnographic research which was developed through a mixed correlational method, to identify the identitarian traits of the Afro-Colombian community of the municipality of Fusagasugá which had as a community studied the Western Commune of Fusagasugá, members of the Matamba Collective and the Ethnic Afrofusa Association in order to consolidate ethnographic research, autobiographical narratives that could serve as the basis for strengthening a recognition of the Afro community in regional society. During the investigation, it was possible to realize that the identity of racism in the black community remains in place and that the differences between black and white populations should not be limited to educational and governmental institutionality. It is necessary to take into account the Fusagasugueña community and its relationship within a daily life, for this case, Afro community in the municipality of Fusagasugá. The exercise of observation and dialogue with the black community allowed us to find that, listening and interaction, as alternative spaces that start from the interests of the Matamba collective to involve more women whose distinction is not only in their phenotypic traits, and promotion of a fusagasugueña culture, with Afro nuances.
